Abstracts
abstract submission
All abstract submissions must strictly follow the “Abstract Submission Template” which can be downloaded here.
Each participant can submit up to three abstracts as presenting author (1 oral + 2 poster; 3 poster).
Each abstract will undergo a peer review process. Based on the reviewer’s feedbacks, the final decision on the presentation type will be made.
Deadline for abstract submission is May 10, 2024.
Plenary Lectures
The duration of plenary lectures is 30 minutes with an additional 10 minutes for discussion.
Oral Presentations
The duration of oral presentations is 8 minutes with an additional 2 minutes for discussion.
poster Presentations
The posters must be in English. Please structure your poster as follows:
- Title, Author(s), Affiliation
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Acknowledgements and References
Figures, charts, and tables can be included if needed. Poster dimensions should measure 90 cm in height and 60 cm in width. Authors will receive notification upon the acceptance of their abstracts.
